Media accreditation continues for the VIII International Forum ATOMEXPO 2016 to be held from 30 May to 1 June in Moscow, Gostiny Dvor (4 Ilyinka St., metro stations Ploshchad revolyutsii and Kitai-gorod).

The Forum will offer a wide business program with participation of leading international experts, ambitious exposition of the Russian and foreign companies of nuclear power and industry. More than 1200 participants from 38 countries have already registered for the business program, almost 100 companies will be displayed at the exhibition.

Among the main business events of the Forum are two plenary sessions on «Nuclear Power as a Basis for Zero Carbon Energy Balance» (30 May) and «Future of Nuclear Power. New Players» (31 May). Representatives of different countries participating in the sessions will discuss contemporary challenges met by the world power market, a role of nuclear generation as a reliable economically predicted and environmentally friendly energy source, cooperation with the countries, which plan to develop nuclear power industry including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and others. ROSATOMs CEO Sergey Kirienko and ROSATOMs First Deputy CEO for Corporate Development and International Business Kirill Komarov are expected to speak at the sessions. President of UC Rusal Oleg Deripaska and President of Skolkovo Foundation Viktor Vekselberg have conformed their participation.

ATOMEXPO 2016 will host a specialized exhibition of the leading Russian, international enterprises of nuclear power industry and related branches. Advanced and hi-tech solutions and products of the nuclear power industry will be exhibited at the expositions. To apply for accreditation for the Forum, the media representatives should fill in a media accreditation form before 26 May. Badges for the registered media representatives will be issued on 30 May at 09:00. The Forum press center will be opened from 30 May to 1 June (09:00 to 18:00 hrs).
